The opportunity to take part
IFEI 2027 receives schools, universities, institutes, financing bodies, education and training technology, and supporting services. The participation options are designed to combine clear pricing with flexible delivery.
Inventory and numbers are indicative and may be updated in line with the approved plan and contract priority.
Choose your way of taking part
The equipped booth

A ready-to-show solution that includes the standard structure, the identification panels, the lighting, the furniture and the basic services described in this guide, and includes no flooring.
The unequipped space
1,650SAR / m²
You rent unequipped floor space, and carry out the design, the build, the furniture and the additional services through an approved contractor at your own cost, in line with the height and safety requirements and the installation dates.
The choice of “space only” or “equipped booth” is set in the quotation and the contract, and changes only with written approval.
Screens, dedicated internet, wooden designs and additional lighting are priced separately.
Drawings, working plans and promotional material are subject to approval before production and installation.

The standard package is ready to show; customisation begins with a clear request.
The equipped booth includes only the standard fit-out elements set out above. Special structures, extended printing, screens, technology and additional services are offered and priced separately after the technical requirements are approved.
The booth’s details, materials, services and dates are fixed in the approved quotation and contract before production and installation begin.

Scope of fit-out
For a clear commercial offer, the published prices cover standard packages. The following items need a separate request and quotation when required.
Extra chairs, tables, power points and lighting, or electrical loads greater than the standard package.
LED screens, sound systems, display devices, dedicated internet, network links and interactive solutions.
Wooden kiosks, hanging structures, walls of special heights and non-standard décor.
Shipping, clearance, special labour, insurance and the regulatory requirements of products or displays.
Water, drainage, compressed air, communications, special cleaning or additional security.
Content design, special printed matter, full-wall printing and any changes to the standard panels.
Custom build option
Organisations with large spaces or special requirements may submit a preliminary concept. A separate quotation is issued covering the design, execution, drawings, materials and services, after the site, the specifications and the safety procedures are approved.
The booking journey
Set the size and the “space only” or “equipped booth” option, and the initial needs.
Confirm the space, the fee, the payments, and the scope of fit-out and services in a written offer.
Reserve an initial site under the contract, the approved plan, contract priority and availability.
Receive the loading and installation dates, the safety instructions, and the templates for handing over the identity and the drawings.
Upload the panels, the materials, the organisation’s logo and the digital guide data within the set dates.
Carry out the participation during the days of the forum, following the site guidelines and the organising committees.
