01The idea

Why now?

A podcast is not a scatter of interviews. It is an editorial platform that widens the forum’s value before its day and after it.

From an event to an ongoing conversation

  • It gives a clear reason to attend before the doors open.
  • It presents speakers as experience and stories, not as names in a schedule.
  • It keeps partners and the audience inside the story after the event ends.

Effects that can be measured

  • Qualified awareness among the target audience
  • Conversion into registration, attendance or engagement
  • Trusted value for partners and the community

02The stages

One season, three stages that make the impact

The content changes its job over time. It does not rely on random posting or long, uncertain broadcasts.

  1. 01

    Before the forum

6–8 introductory episodes that build understanding, trust and the reason to register.

    The call
    • Register
    • Send your question
  2. 02

    During the forum

A field studio that captures ideas, guests and the pulse of the audience.

    The call
    • Attend
    • Visit the studio
  3. 03

    After the forum

Impact episodes that turn the dialogue into recommendations and continuing stories.

    The call
    • Follow
    • Share your experience

The result: the media asset accumulates instead of ending with the last session.

03The episodes

Content that gives a reason to attend

Every episode begins with one clear question and ends with one call that can be measured.

Kinds of episode

  1. 01

    Why now?

An opening episode that explains the challenge that brings the community together and why it deserves a conversation.

  2. 02

    A story from the field

A real story that shows what worked and what did not, and the lessons that can be applied.

  3. 03

    The smart attendee’s guide

Practical guidance: which sessions, whom to meet, and which question to take with you.

  4. 04

    The pulse of the event

Clips from the venue: a speaker after the stage, one question put to the audience, and the day’s summary.

04The studio

The studio: a sight-and-sound experience inside the forum

Close to the movement, away from the noise, and designed to make the guest and the audience part of the story.

What makes the experience work?

  • A clear location with a sound barrier and an entry path for the guest.
  • A comfortable seating and a backdrop that carries the identity without a crowd of logos.
  • A quiet viewing area and an “On air” sign.

05The workflow

From idea to release: a disciplined workflow

Clear ownership that protects quality: editing, technical operation, backup, then distribution and measurement.

  1. 1

    Theme

The episode’s aim, its guest and its call to action.

  2. 2

    Preparation

Approved topics, a date and a clear consent.

  3. 3

    Recording

A prior test, independent audio tracks and a backup copy.

  4. 4

    Editing

The full episode, clips, titles and a thumbnail.

  5. 5

    Distribution

A guest pack, tracking links and a read of the week’s data.

The operating rule: running the audio is never combined with presenting, and approving the content is never combined with handling sensitive comments.

The technical quality that protects the content

The measure is not how much equipment there is, but clear sound, a steady picture and a file that cannot be lost.

The golden ruleOne microphone per speaker + an independent track per microphone + two copies of the recording

Independent sound

  • 4–5 dynamic XLR microphones.
  • A multitrack mixer or recorder.
  • Closed headphones for each speaker.

A comfortable picture

  • 3 cameras: a wide one, the host and the guest.
  • Two soft LED lights.
  • A simple backdrop and a quiet location.

Protecting the material

  • Local WAV recording.
  • Two memory cards and two independent drives.
  • A backup network, for streaming only.

06Reach

The engine of reach and conversion

The full episode is the asset. Clips, guests and channels are gateways that lead to registration or to following.

The original episode

Audio + video + chapters + a tracking link

  • YouTube

The full episode, chapters and a description

  • Audio platforms

    Flexible listening and following

  • Reels / Shorts

    3–5 clips for each episode

  • Guests and partners

    A ready sharing pack

One unified call to action: a single clear link to register or to follow, with a separate UTM for each source.

078 weeks

The path in 8 weeks

The main release comes at the end of the week. Clips and engagement carry the rhythm between releases.

Weeks before the forum

  • Setting up the identity and the booking

  • Recording the core episodes

  • Publishing and enabling guests

  • Testing the studio and the site

  • Running the forum and the impact

08Measurement

We measure impact against the forum’s goal

We measure impact against the forum’s goal, not by the number of views alone.

  1. Qualified awareness

Reach into the target audience, region and sector.

  2. Interest

Watch time, shares, saves and useful comments.

  3. Conversion

Clicks and registrations from UTM links.

  4. Impact

    Studio visits and partnership opportunities.

From dialogue to opportunity

Every episode ends with one call that can be measured: register, attend, follow.
