These terms govern your use of the International Forum for Education and Investment platform. By using the platform or creating an account you accept them.
1) Scope
The platform is the forum's digital front: the programme and speakers, registration, stand bookings, workshop registration, sponsorship applications, and tracking the status of those applications.
2) Your account
An account is created with a mobile number and a verification code sent to it. There is no password.
Your mobile number is your identity on the platform. You are responsible for protecting access to it and for everything done through your account.
The capacities open to self-registration are: visitor, exhibitor, sponsor and media. Organising-team accounts are created internally and are not available through registration.
The account is activated as soon as the number is verified. Activating an account does not approve any application you make afterwards.
3) Accuracy of your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter: your name, your organisation, your contact details, and the details of any companion you add. Inaccurate data may lead to an application being refused or a badge being cancelled.
By adding companions you confirm you are authorised to provide their details.
4) Approvals and applications
Activating an account and approving an application are two different things.
A stand booking is reviewed by the organising team. It may be approved or refused, and it may expire if it is not completed within the period set for it.
Workshop registration is subject to the seats available.
Sponsorship applications and media accreditation are reviewed. Submitting an application is not acceptance of it.
Approval of any application is subject to contract, availability, and editorial and programme approval where that applies.
5) Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices, spaces and the number of opportunities available are subject to availability and to change until a contract or an invoice is issued.
Amounts due are those set out in the invoice issued. Any payment, cancellation or refund arrangements are set in the contract or in a formal notice from the organiser, and do not arise from this page.
The demonstration environment may show non-final prices for presentation purposes; those are not binding.
6) Acceptable use
Use the platform for the purpose it was built for. You may not attempt to reach another person's account or data that is not yours, disrupt or overload the service, extract its data by automated means, impersonate a person or an organisation, or upload content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
7) Content you upload
What you upload remains yours. You grant the organiser the right to use it within the platform and in materials connected with the forum, to the extent needed to present your participation.
You confirm that you have the right to upload it and that it infringes no one's rights. Content in breach may be removed.
8) Suspension and termination
An account may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, for inaccurate data, or where misuse is suspected. Termination does not cancel amounts already due.
9) Ownership
The forum's name and logo, and the design and content of the platform, belong to the organiser and may not be used without permission.
10) External links and services
The platform may link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
11) Availability and limits of liability
We aim to keep the platform available without interruption, and do not guarantee that it will be free of faults or of downtime for maintenance.
The organiser is not liable for what arises from incorrect data supplied by a user, from an interruption outside its control, or from use of the platform contrary to these terms.
12) Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the platform, which forms part of these terms.
13) Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the platform's functions change. The date they were last updated is recorded on this page, and we keep a record of the version each user accepted at registration.
